The overland expedition foldout vehicle camping side awning range from Direct4x4 will provide you with protection from the elements all year round; great for work or leisure! Made from premium materials, these robust awnings are designed to make great rain shelters and sun canopies.
- Designed to fit on the right-hand side of your vehicle.
- Good floor coverage down the right-hand side and around the rear of your vehicle, providing plenty of space to relax or work.
- Clever fold-out design means setting up on-site takes 1 person just a couple of minutes. It's also easy to fit, clean and maintain.
- Made from premium quality, polyurethane impregnated poly-cotton rip-stop canvas with taped and double-stitched seams. Waterproof, mould proof, rot proof, 100% UV block out rate and impregnated with mosquito repellents.
- Sturdy but lightweight rust-proof anodised aluminium telescopically adjustable twist-lock vertical poles. Max. height of 2.2m.
- Folds neatly into a heavy-duty UV stabilised 1000D PVC cover bag with quality zipper.
- Comes complete with all necessary fittings, brackets, telescopic poles, guy ropes and tent pegs. (Depending on your roof rack/bars, you may need to fabricate a frame/plate for your setup to marry your rack to the awning brackets).
- We recommend you wet the awning canvas before first use to allow the stitching to expand, creating the waterproof seal.
- If the awning is packed away whilst wet, open fully to allow it to dry properly.
- For safety, we recommend the product is not used under severe weather conditions.

- Ensure you have received all necessary components; if there's anything missing let us know right away.
- Avoid using TFR (Traffic Film Remover) products as this may cause corrosion and invalidate the warranty.
- Do not use expedition products in severe weather conditions.
- Pack all expedition gear away securely before driving vehicle.
- Expedition items should be dry before closing but if packed wet, open again at earliest convenience to dry fully.
- All drawer storage systems/load bed covers/cargo trays/roof tents/vehicle awnings etc. should be closed securely before driving.

- We advise using at least 2 people to fit larger items.
- For the majority of our side steps, no chassis drilling will be required. Undertray shields will need to be removed before fitting and trimmed around the bolt locations using a dia cutter or something similar. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
- For safety, check all bolts/brackets 7 days after installation and inspect all fixtures every 3 months.
- Our roof tents and roof racks are designed to be fitted together. If using roof bars instead of a rack, we recommend 3 or more roof bars a minimum of 1.2m apart for safety.

- UK mainland orders are delivered within 5-7 working days, larger items may take longer. International shipping costs will be applied during checkout and are typically delivered within 7-14 working days.
- Any additional charges for deliveries outside of the UK mainland, including currency conversions, local customs taxes etc. are wholly the responsibility of the recipient.
- VAT will only be deducted for orders from outside of the UK. We are unable to deduct VAT for orders delivered inside the UK, even if they are to be exported at a later date.
- For larger items, you may be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a delivery date and time convenient for you.
- Some orders could comprise of multiple consignments which may be delivered separately.
- If there is an issue with a delivery or you need to return an item, please call us on 01332 601016 or email support@direct4x4.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
- Any items returned to us must be unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.
