Refund policy

We take great pride in our products and have thousands of satisfied customers. However, in the highly unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you should notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to notify us in writing by post or email and return the item(s) to us in a saleable condition. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please take every care to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit; we strongly recommend insuring the return delivery if the value of the items is over £50. If the goods are not adequately packaged or are returned damaged, you will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair.

To help us expedite your return, please insert a piece of paper with your name, address and invoice/order number securely into the packaging.

At your request, we can arrange collection using our own couriers for a cost of £45 inc. VAT for items such as trim accessories, side steps, roof bars etc. and £65 inc. VAT for larger items such as roof racks, canopies, drawer systems etc.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 3 working days. We will then issue a refund, send a replacement or contact you for more information depending on the circumstances. Please note that, depending on payment method/organisation, funds can take up to 72 hours to clear.
