Place your order by telephone on 01332 601016 (available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). If you wish to place your order online, contact us right after ordering to arrange fitting and keep in mind that website prices DO NOT include fitting.
A member of our sales and support team will take payment over the telephone, secure your slot with the fitter and send you an email with verification and further details.
On the day, make your way to Direct4x4, Unit 2 Masons Place Business Park, Nottingham Road, Derby, DE21 6YZ. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may lose your slot. If you are running late or need to rearrange, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will perform a brief vehicle inspection before fitting and then you can relax and let us take care of the rest! You can take a seat in our waiting area, browse our showroom or head off into the city for some food and shopping. We'll let you know once fitting is complete. Simples!
- This service is only available for new Direct4x4 products, we are unable to fit second-hand parts or products purchased elsewhere.
- We advise turning up 20 minutes before your slot so that we can perform a brief vehicle inspection and complete any necessary paperwork.
- If you decide to fit the items yourself, we are happy to work with you or your garage/mechanic to make sure everything goes smoothly. However, we are not responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to complications or issues.
- Unfortunately, we're unable to demonstrate any of our products outside of our showroom (for example, to show how they might look on your vehicle when you visit us). Therefore, if you're unsure about how a product will look on your vehicle, contact us for more images/videos etc.
