The Universal Aluminium Full Width Glide Cargo Tray for Vans and Pickup Trucks from Direct4x4 is the perfect sophisticated storage solution for quick, one-handed access to your pickup truck load bed or the rear of your van. These premium quality slide-out trays are a perfect companion for tradespeople and overland expedition campers alike. All of our cargo trays will fit most vans and pickups with the required space available.

Ideal for: Fiat Fullback, Ford Ranger, Ford Transit, Great Wall Steed, Isuzu D-Max, Mercedes-Benz X-Class, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Mitsubishi L200, Nissan Navara, Toyota Hilux, Volkswagen Amarok, Volkswagen Transporter T5/T6 and many more.

  • Can be used for convenient cargo loading and unloading, a slide-out tool base or as a mobile worktop.
  • Independent one-handed smooth action 'fridge' slideout trays on each side.
  • Easily locks in three positions as you slide this out, for added versatility.
  • Constructed using 28mm (1.1in) x 45mm (1.8in) aluminium T-slot extrusion attached to a strong steel base.
  • Extends by 1110mm and will carry up to 200kg when extended.
  • External dimensions: depth=141.5cm (55.7in), width=105cm (41.3in).
  • Internal dimensions: depth=135cm (53.1in), width=93.5cm (36.8in).

Important Information

  • Ensure you have received all necessary components; if there's anything missing let us know right away.
  • Avoid using TFR (Traffic Film Remover) products as this may cause corrosion and invalidate the warranty.
  • Do not use expedition products in severe weather conditions.
  • Pack all expedition gear away securely before driving vehicle.
  • Expedition items should be dry before closing but if packed wet, open again at earliest convenience to dry fully.
  • All drawer storage systems/load bed covers/cargo trays/roof tents/vehicle awnings etc. should be closed securely before driving.

Fitting Information

  • We advise using at least 2 people to fit larger items.
  • For the majority of our side steps, no chassis drilling will be required. Undertray shields will need to be removed before fitting and trimmed around the bolt locations using a dia cutter or something similar. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
  • For safety, check all bolts/brackets 7 days after installation and inspect all fixtures every 3 months.
  • Our roof tents and roof racks are designed to be fitted together. If using roof bars instead of a rack, we recommend 3 or more roof bars a minimum of 1.2m apart for safety.

Delivery & Returns

  • UK mainland orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, larger items may take longer. International shipping costs will be applied during checkout and are typically delivered within 7-14 working days.
  • Any additional charges for deliveries outside of the UK mainland, including currency conversions, local customs taxes etc. are wholly the responsibility of the recipient.
  • VAT will only be deducted for orders from outside of the UK. We are unable to deduct VAT for orders delivered inside the UK, even if they are to be exported at a later date.
  • For larger items, you may be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a delivery date and time convenient for you.
  • Some orders could comprise of multiple consignments which may be delivered separately.
  • Tailored seat covers and rubber floor mats may have to be made to order, resulting in a small shipping delay.
  • If there is an issue with a delivery or you need to return an item, please call us on 01332 601016 or email support@direct4x4.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
  • Any items returned to us must be unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.
