At Direct4x4, we want to continue giving you the delivery service you deserve without the hassle and complications that have been severely affecting the UK's courier and logistics companies recently - which is why we have now decided to move to a different courier for our larger items; Arrow XL!
So, the great thing about Arrow XL is that they specialise in 2-person deliveries, to the room of your choice, whilst following government COVID-19 guidelines. This means no more dragging the big box down your driveway and, hopefully, no more missing parts, or damages!
Another convenient service that Arrow XL offer is that they will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time so you are better informed. Dealing with the courier directly like this will keep your order running smoothly and it means no more missing parcels or running around re-arranging the delivery.
Unfortunately, our delivery times will increase to approximately 5-7 working days, especially for larger items such as roof racks, roof tents and drawer systems. We are also unable to offer a next day shipping service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this increase but we sincerely believe that the benefits will make up for the slightly longer wait.
