Job Oppurtunity - eCommerce Multi Channel Specialist

Established in 1997, Direct4x4 are one of the UK’s leading distributors of custom auto styling accessories and overland camping gear for 4x4s, SUVs, vans an pickup trucks. We are looking for a focussed and motivated eCommerce Multichannel Specialist to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager and the Digital Marketing Executive, the successful candidate will manage our product catalogue on our website at direct4x4.co.uk as well as 3rd party sales channels such as Amazon and eBay.

Pay: NLW + monthly team sales commission bonus
Type: Full time/permanent
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Location: Derby, UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise listings of all of our products across multiple sales channels using the Linnworks inventory management software.
  • Work with the rest of the sales and marketing teams to produce high quality visual assets (photos and videos) for new and existing products.
  • Write engaging and accurate product descriptions that highlight key features and important safety information.
  • Ensure all listings are compliant with platform policies and optimised for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Manage the workflow for new products entering stock and ensuring they are launched effectively across all sales channels.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills with keen attention to grammar, detail, accuracy and clarity.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and other tools to import/export bulk updates.
  • Strong organisational and data input skills. Basic knowledge of HTML, Shopify, Linnworks, eBay and Amazon.

Beneficial

  • Experience in a similar position using Linnworks and/or Shopify.
  • Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Product photography as well as video/photo editing skills.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and sales (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.).
