Blog Update 02/12/2022
We had lots of fun at the Great Land Rover Show at Stoneleigh. Once again it was a fabulous feeling being back out meeting lovely people. It is also a joy showing off our expedition camping gear.
Being in a chilly November, it was nice to do an indoor show. This meant that we avoided any rain and wind when setting up. We set up the day before, giving us plenty of time to make sure we had the best look. It was exciting to see the hall being transformed and all the glorious iconic Land Rovers coming in. Other exhibitors were super friendly; happy to show off their trucks and give us some encouraging feedback as this was our first time there. After a fun team meal outing at a local restaurant, we headed home for a good night’s sleep.
We displayed our popular Land Rover Defenders and our new Land Rover Discovery along with our amazing hardcore offroad expedition caravan. Our vehicles had our popular roof tents and awnings, giving potential buyers the opportunity to see how they fit and how easy they are to set up.
People at the show were so chatty and friendly. Some came to say hello as we had met before, others to say they have our gear and how happy they are with it. Some are just amazed at the potential there is for camping and how much they can put on their vehicle.
Another highlight must be meeting the dogs and Jasper stole our hearts this time!
An indoor event had a brilliant atmosphere. We were super busy and at the end of the day we were tired but very happy.
That’s it for this year but we’re back in the office right now we are planning next year. 2023 maybe challenging with the rising cost of living but we will continue to work hard for our customers. Look out for us and we promise some fun times!

After the fun times that we had recently at the Land Rover Owners International Show in Peterborough this September, we really wanted to end a great year on another high. What better way to do this than head out to the Great British Land Rover show in Stoneleigh. We are super excited to be attending this Sunday 20th November.
This show promises to be the place to be for all lovers and owners of Land Rovers. Be inspired by lots of different set ups and with plenty of accessories and parts, the day promises to be epic. This is actually our first time at this particular event, and we can’t wait to show off all our amazing expedition camping gear. So, we’d love it if you could head along to stand 2A21 for a friendly chat with our friendly team who will be more than happy to help you find the right products for you.
For this event, we have a totally new Direct4x4 vehicle: the Land Rover Discovery 5, kitted out with our awesome expedition RoofTrekk roof top camping tent and pull-out vehicle side awning. This beast of a vehicle shows that adventures can be done in style. The possibilities are endless with this dynamic 4x4 and even with camping gear it would be the envy of any trip.
Also on display will be our classic Land Rover Defender 110 which has one of our most beloved roof top camping tents fitted; the Pathseeker auto pop-up hard-shell remote control solar powered roof tent. Along with one of our expedition pull-out side awnings and privacy shower curtain box, this fabulous vehicle is set up and ready to go out in the wilderness. It was very popular at the Land Rover Owners International Show, with many enthusiasts having fun playing with the auto pop up mechanism. So come along and see for yourself how cool this tent is! No show would be complete without our stunning Land Rover Defender 90. This little head turner promises to be a crowd pleaser this weekend. Kitted out with the expedition fold out roof top tent, our largest tent on offer. Come and see how easy it is to set up our massive 270-degree vehicle surround awning too.
