Direct4x4 visited Automechanika 2018 at the Birmingham NEC on the 7th June 2018. The UK's leading exhibition for the automotive aftermarket and vehicle production sector.

It's always good to get out of the office for the afternoon, and I jumped at the chance to visit Automechanika Exhibition at the NEC Birmingham. It's a chance to view new products and get excited with new ideas for our customers.
It was good to see that the event had grown from the previous year. Over 500 supplies from over 26 countries were present.
Some very interesting products could be found for 4x4, SUV's and camper vans. We are constantly looking for ways to keep our customers interested and going to these exhibitions are a great way to keep us up to date.
We take our time chatting to potential suppliers to find out what makes their products so special. It's a great way of seeing which way the market it going and making sure we keep ahead of the game.
