Here at Direct4x4, we take great pride in the quality of our products and make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. However, if you do experience any issues, there may be a need to request an RMA (return merchandise authorisation).
After contacting our customer team to see if there is anything that they can do to help, they may advise filling out the form below and arranging a return of the items in question.
If you have any concerns or confusions, don't worry! Our customer support team will be more than happy to steer you in the right direction. We want your purchasing experience to be as smooth and organised as possible from start to finish.

How to initiate a return.
Step 1: If your item has arrived damaged or incomplete, please take a few photos of what you have received. This will help us to troubleshoot and/or initiate damage claims with the appropriate services.
Step 2: Contact our customer support team directly as soon as possible. We will open a case with the appropriate services and see if there is anything we can do help you with your issue. Telephone 01332 601016 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) or email email@example.com (answered 7 days a week).
Step 3: If a return in necessary, fill the form out below in full to initiate the process. You will need to ensure that the items are packed very securely back into their original packaging.
Step 4: We will send you an email within 24 hours with more information on how to proceed. If the return has been authorised, you will also be sent an authorisation reference.
Step 5: Once your return has been authorised and you have your authorisation reference, you can write this, as well as your full name and address on the package(s) and await or arrange collection at the designated time depending on the situation.
