Take all of the stress and hassle out of fitting side steps and other accessories to your 4x4, SUV, van or pickup and let Direct4x4 do it for you! We offer a full professional fitting service for many of our 4x4 and expedition accessories here at our warehouse in Derby.

Our team of skilled mechanics are very experienced with our entire range of products and all of the SUVs, vans, 4x4, off-road, and pickup vehicles we supply accessories for. They will ensure that your parts are fitted professionally and safely.

Please note that our professional fitting service is only available for our own products, we are unable to fit second-hand products or products purchased elsewhere. Thank you for understanding.

STEP 1

Choose the accessories you want for your vehicle. The fitting price will be noted in the item's description. If it isn't, or if you want multiple items fitting at the same time, please contact us on 01332 601016 for a more precise quote. NOTE THAT THIS FITTING PRICE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WEBSITE PRICE AND WILL NEED TO BE PAID FOR SEPARATELY.

STEP 2

If placing your order online, call us on 01332 601016 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) immediately after placing the order to arrange a fitting slot. We will ask you to pay a deposit at this point in order to secure the fitting slot.

STEP 3

On the day, make your way to Direct4x4, Unit 2 Masons Place Business Park, Nottingham Road, Derby, DE21 6YZ. WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR ASSIGNED SLOT. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you may lose your slot and deposit.

STEP 4

Once you arrive, you will need to pay the remaining balance by card or with cash and we will provide you with the receipt/invoice. We will also perform a brief vehicle inspection before sending it off for fitting.

STEP 5

Relax and leave the rest to us! Enjoy free hot drinks and a sit down in a our showroom or pop into the city centre for a spot of shopping. We'll let you know once the work has been completed.

PLEASE NOTE: While we are more than happy to work with you or your garage/mechanic to make sure self-fitting goes smoothly, we are not responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to fitting complications or issues. If you are at all worried, we highly recommend utilising this fitting service.

Additionally, we're unable to demonstrate any of our products outside of our showroom (for example, to show how they might look on your vehicle when you visit us). Therefore, if you're unsure about how a product will look on your vehicle, contact us for more images, videos and information.
