These are replacement black powder coated steel rain gutter brackets for our expedition steel and aluminium roof rack range. Available in standard 5-inch and 9-inch for vehicles with a higher roof.
- These 5-inch brackets suit the vast majority of vehicles with a rain gutter channel down the sides of the roof.
- These brackets will work with either the steel or aluminium expedition roof rack range from Direct4x4. They are incompatible with our AluMod roof rack range however.
- 9-inch versions also available for vehicle's with a larger distance between the top of the vehicle roof and the fixing rain gutter channel.
- Made from the same premium quality steel as the steel version of our expedition roof racks and treated/coated in the same way.

- Ensure you have received all necessary components; if there's anything missing let us know right away.
- Avoid using TFR (Traffic Film Remover) products as this may cause corrosion and invalidate the warranty.
- Do not use expedition products in severe weather conditions.
- Pack all expedition gear away securely before driving vehicle.
- Expedition items should be dry before closing but if packed wet, open again at earliest convenience to dry fully.
- All drawer storage systems/load bed covers/cargo trays/roof tents/vehicle awnings etc. should be closed securely before driving.

- We advise using at least 2 people to fit larger items.
- For the majority of our side steps, no chassis drilling will be required. Undertray shields will need to be removed before fitting and trimmed around the bolt locations using a dia cutter or something similar. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
- For safety, check all bolts/brackets 7 days after installation and inspect all fixtures every 3 months.
- Our roof tents and roof racks are designed to be fitted together. If using roof bars instead of a rack, we recommend 3 or more roof bars a minimum of 1.2m apart for safety.

- UK mainland orders are delivered within 5-7 working days, larger items may take longer. International shipping costs will be applied during checkout and are typically delivered within 7-14 working days.
- Any additional charges for deliveries outside of the UK mainland, including currency conversions, local customs taxes etc. are wholly the responsibility of the recipient.
- VAT will only be deducted for orders from outside of the UK. We are unable to deduct VAT for orders delivered inside the UK, even if they are to be exported at a later date.
- For larger items, you may be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a delivery date and time convenient for you.
- Some orders could comprise of multiple consignments which may be delivered separately.
- If there is an issue with a delivery or you need to return an item, please call us on 01332 601016 or email support@direct4x4.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
- Any items returned to us must be unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.
