The Low Profile Pickup Adjustable Cargo Rack Bars from Direct4x4 are durable, heavy-duty low profile cargo bars which add an incredible amount of flexible utility to your pickup truck. Fully adjustable design to fit most pickups and designed with a no-drill fitting on roll and lock load bed tonneau covers (only with flat sides) giving a massive 200kg carrying capacity, this product is perfect for the demanding tradesperson, farmer or overland adventurer.

NOTE: Compatible with roll and lock covers that have flat sides and a T-track system - This item does overhang slightly when fitted on to certain covers - See pictures.

  • Heavy-duty build from aluminium extrusion giving a huge carrying capacity of 200kg whilst remaining light!
  • Durable textured matte black powder-coated finish.
  • Comes as a full kit will all the necessary parts and fixings required.
  • Ruler markings on the crossbars to mark quick and accurate adjustments.
  • Handy tie-down point on each upright.

Important Information

  • Adjustable width for all pickups: 1130mm (44.49 in) -1590mm (62.6 in) (internal edge).
  • Height of the crossbar from bed top to bar top: 14cm (5.5in)
  • Crossbar dimensions: Width=80mm (3.15 in), Height=40mm (1.57 in), Length=1590mm (62.6 in)
  • The cover pictured is not included but can be purchased separately.
  • Load MUST NOT exceed 200kg and should be distributed evenly.
  • Please ensure that you have received all of the components needed for fitting. If you believe there is anything missing, let us know right away.
  • We recommend you check all fixings after 6 months to ensure that they have remained tightened.
  • Please DO NOT use car cleaning products which contain TFR (Traffic Film Remover) as these will corrode the metal. Our warranty cannot cover products that have been cleaned with said solutions.

Important Information

  • Ensure you have received all necessary components; if there's anything missing let us know right away.
  • Avoid using TFR (Traffic Film Remover) products as this may cause corrosion and invalidate the warranty.
  • Do not use expedition products in severe weather conditions.
  • Pack all expedition gear away securely before driving vehicle.
  • Expedition items should be dry before closing but if packed wet, open again at earliest convenience to dry fully.
  • All drawer storage systems/load bed covers/cargo trays/roof tents/vehicle awnings etc. should be closed securely before driving.

Fitting Information

  • We advise using at least 2 people to fit larger items.
  • For the majority of our side steps, no chassis drilling will be required. Undertray shields will need to be removed before fitting and trimmed around the bolt locations using a dia cutter or something similar. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
  • For safety, check all bolts/brackets 7 days after installation and inspect all fixtures every 3 months.
  • Our roof tents and roof racks are designed to be fitted together. If using roof bars instead of a rack, we recommend 3 or more roof bars a minimum of 1.2m apart for safety.

Delivery & Returns

  • UK mainland orders are delivered within 5-7 working days, larger items may take longer. International shipping costs will be applied during checkout and are typically delivered within 7-14 working days.
  • Any additional charges for deliveries outside of the UK mainland, including currency conversions, local customs taxes etc. are wholly the responsibility of the recipient.
  • VAT will only be deducted for orders from outside of the UK. We are unable to deduct VAT for orders delivered inside the UK, even if they are to be exported at a later date.
  • For larger items, you may be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a delivery date and time convenient for you.
  • Some orders could comprise of multiple consignments which may be delivered separately.
  • If there is an issue with a delivery or you need to return an item, please call us on 01332 601016 or email support@direct4x4.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
  • Any items returned to us must be unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.
